It was a memorable Friday morning for our guests as they enjoyed a fun day with family & friends by the pool with exciting activities and games. The Novotel World Trade Centre in partnership with the ibis World Trade Centre and ibis One Central celebrated the launch of their new loyalty program ALL, Accor Live Limitless with a special event called Festiv’ALL. The idea of the event was to bring together the best of hospitality experiences like wellness, food and art in a unique way.
The event started with Mr. Anoop Dhondoo the Complex Hotel Manager for ibis who welcomed our lovely guests followed by the Assistant Learning & Development Manager Lisa Stus who shared the #Limitless benefits of being an ALL member. We then jumped right to the cake cutting ceremony with all the children who were ready to kick off this exciting event. The first activity was led by the hotel’s Heartist Michael who led the crowd of all ages with an energizing Zumba workshop. The guests were thrilled to learn some new dance moves that brought the best of fun and wellness together. The Zumba workshop was also joined by the Sunshine Nutrition Mascot, Mr. Gummies from our partner Life Pharmacy who danced and smiled with the ecstatic children. After the workshop the guests enjoyed some refreshing Aquafina water, beverages and snacks. They also received rejuvenating shoulder massages from our partner Dreamworks Spa. Others who wanted a healthy snack could visit our partners Kibsons International who offered guests a box of healthy fruits and snacks to fuel them for the day. Prizes sponsored by Dreamworks Spa were awarded to some of the most energetic dancers. We then moved to the second workshop which was led by Chef Sampath, a cupcake decorating workshop and class. It was a great way to see the creative side of our guests with this exciting workshop. Children, friends, couples and parents all teamed up to join the cupcake decoration competition and created some colourful cupcake designs that looked both mouthwatering and creative. The winners of the competition were awarded special prizes sponsored by our hotel tour partners Rayna Tours. The children enjoyed their wonderful cupcakes with some delicious ice creams from our sponsors Quanta Ice Cream. The children were excited for the next activity, where they helped our team decorate our special ‘wALL’ of memories. We had taken photos of the entire day’s activities and we asked our litter friends to help us pin them onto the wall and create an artistic conclusion for Festiv’ALL. The event was still not over as our partners Baby Shop had an exciting Balloon Maker and Magic Show planned for the guests. The children sat amazed by the creative balloon animals and dazzling tricks from the magician. The children also received delicious baked goodies from our sponsors Euro Cake. We then prepared a finale to Festiv’ALL with a lucky raffle draw where the guests could win special prizes from the hotel as well as gift hampers from Kibsons International.
It was a memorable day with family and friend with #LimitlessFun and smiles. We would like to thank our guests, partners and sponsors and look forward to seeing them again in our next event. We would also like to give a special thanks to our Heartists and Baby Shop for decorating the event with beautiful and colorful balloons.
